I love weddings, I really do; the joy is completely infectious.  You are the only you and the flowers for your wedding day simply must reflect that.

As one of Yorkshire’s awarding winning, leading floral designers, I have spent years planning weddings; interpreting every dream and creating emotive atmospheres in every conceivable location. Everything I do is completely exclusive – there is no check sheet or tick box.

Because my work will never be described as regimented or overly structured, it is uninhibited and embraces the imperfections that nature produces. Using seasonal flowers and British where possible, I love to create installations that blur the line between formal and natural.

For me, providing you with an incomparable level of personal service is the most important aspect of our relationship.  That is why I only take on a limited number of weddings per year and one wedding per day. Of course, I could do more but at what cost? Once your date is booked into the diary you have my full, undivided attention.

I am not a “sit in the office and select flowers online” kind of florist. Yes, I do take inspiration from Pinterest and many other avenues but my florals are unique and personal to you.

I am a “dirty fingernails” kind of florist. I recycle, I’m always striving to find new ways of being sustainable right down to making my own confetti out of unused petals.

Don’t know where to start?

Well I love really getting to know you and your vision, so our journey together is organic, your ideas however vague will grow and together we will shape them into something truly memorable.

And when that vision becomes a reality on your wedding day, we (Martin and I) will deliver and arrange all your flowers to your precise requirements. Unlike most florists, we don’t ‘drop and run’, as it doesn’t stop there.  You will be able to find us at the venue, available to pin on those troublesome buttonholes.  We will be that extra pair of hands and move any arrangements from ceremony to reception as required. It will all happen as if by magic! I even have a first aid and tool kit to hand as you just never know!

The following day we return to the venue to dismantle any floral installations and collect our hired items. All the flowers and foliage are of course yours but we can remove any that you do not wish to keep.

So this means you have absolutely nothing to worry about with regard to any of your floral requirements at any time – it is an all encompassing service from beginning to end.

 

 

 

 

– FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS –

DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM SPEND?

We have a minimum spend of £2000 for all floral arrangements and full set-ups.

DO YOU CHARGE FOR CONSULTATIONS?

The first consultation is free and is held virtully via Zoom for 1 hour.  For any subsequent consultations prior to you booking with us there will be a charge.  After you have booked with us there will be no charge for further consultations.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE OF MY WEDDING SHOULD I BOOK YOU?

We advise that you book us as soon as possible as key dates get booked up quickly.  As we do a limited number of weddings per year we would recommend booking at least 18 months in advance.

I HAVEN'T CHOSEN MY COLOUR SCHEME, CAN I STILL BOOK A CONSULTATION?

We can still discuss your wedding florals based on your wedding date, style, size of arrangements, and flower types. Colours can be confirmed a a later stage.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER WE BOOK WITH YOU?

For most of our clients we would offer to meet them at their venue to start their exciting floral journey.  I would then create a mood board for you bringing together styles and colours. Our full service will be explained during the initial consultation.

WHAT DEPOSIT DO YOU REQUIRE?

We take a 50% deposit to secure your date.
